My builder referred me to Jacqui very late in the build of my beautiful house. To say she was fantastic is an understatement. I’ve learned many things from my wonderful interactions with Jacqui, but here are my top three:

1. Start your design journey with her early.
Jacqui was brilliant at integrating what I had already put together and worked seamlessly in an incredibly short period of time to make it pop. I can only imagine what we could have achieved if I’d found her at the start! I will never make that mistake again, Jacqui!

2. Trust.
Choosing a designer can be daunting, especially when you’re unsure if they will understand your style or push you in new directions. From our first meeting, Jacqui put me at ease. She is talented, has an amazing eye, and can see what I could not. I trust Jacqui implicitly.

3. Be bold.
Jacqui was not satisfied with anything less than perfect. If a piece of furniture was not up to standard or there was the slightest imperfection in the paint finish, she ensured it was redone or exchanged. Jacqui taught me not to make excuses or settle. She understands the time, effort, and expense of what we are creating and expects only the best. I loved that about Jacqui.

Jacqui, you were a delight to work with. I look forward to working with you again soon!

I had the pleasure to work with Jacqui on the remodeling of my NY apartment. Jacqui demonstrated great project management skills, which ensured the project stayed on budget and on time. She was able to find creative and cost effective solutions to every design challenges we faced. She has a sharp creative eye and great attention to detail. From a personal education standpoint, I very much enjoyed her ability to give several design options and explain what works, what doesn’t and why. I highly recommend Jacqui to any homeowner looking for an independent interior designer with prior experience at high-end boutique firms.

Jacqui worked on the renovation of our house in Melbourne from concept to completion Jacqui’s expertise in interior design was demonstrated before, during and after the renovations of our Melbourne home. Due to travel restrictions stemming from the pandemic, the later end of the project was conducted remotely. This unprecedented situation didn’t impact Jacqui’s passion, commitment and attention to detail. She listened to us and responded promptly to our questions. She facilitated conversations and video calls with our builder regarding the design calmly and clearly, and always with consideration to our budget.

Jacqui’s concept designs reflected our ideas and aspirations, her imagination and creativity really paid off. There was a “nothing” room in the middle of our home that Jacqui transformed into a central workspace and reading room.

Our once bland kitchen is now a warm and welcoming space to prepare meals and socialise with family and friends. Jacqui’s selection of colours, tiles, countertops, cabinetry and lighting allows for a subtle transition to our amazing dining space.

Our once dark and cold bathroom is now alive with filtered light, beautiful tiling, and hanging plants that compliment stunning fixtures and fittings. Our daughter describes her new bathroom as “tranquil and soothing”.

I would have no hesitation recommending Jacqui to other clients or customers.

Thank you, Jacqui

I first met Jacqui by way of introduction through an architect I had worked with on several projects.
Being in the design and construction industry, I was seeking someone with a collaborative approach who had the skills and eye for detail to complement a major rebuild I was undertaking for my family home.
I always found Jacqui’s approach to be personable, professional and highly knowledgeable with industry contacts and suppliers.
Jacqui worked with our architect and builder to integrate final details and finishes to our home and we are delighted with the end result.

Jacqui designed our brand new kitchen, walk in robe, two bathrooms, a powder room and laundry, Jacqui created spacial plans and furniture layouts for all of the spaces, designed bespoke joinery and selected furniture. The finished spaces are beautiful, functional and very much a reflection of us as a family.  So much was designed with us still living in Singapore, hugely adding to the challenge. We needed our Freshwater home furnished when we moved countries with our two small children. At that point we hadn’t physically met, but had spent hours on the phone and on message. The end result was beautiful. Jacqui’s vast experience, professionalism, warmth and integrity were what we really appreciated about working with her.”

Jacqui has been everything we needed in a designer. She is organised, detailed and happy to take the lead on colours, finishes and fixtures when we had no or little preference.
Jacqui is very professional and will walk you through the process of a new build with ease. Importantly for us we wanted a designer who could make things look great with out an exceptional price tag, Jacqui is able to bring savings ideas if this is what you would like.
Thanks from both of us!
